Yes. New Look Contracting carries full commercial general liability insurance and WSIB coverage on every crew member. We can provide certificates before we start work.
Our shop is in Corbeil (East Ferris). We regularly work in North Bay, Powassan, Callander, Bonfield, Astorville, Nipissing, and everywhere in between across the Near North.
For urgent work — storm damage, active leaks — we're usually on site within 24 to 48 hours. Full replacements are scheduled 2 to 6 weeks out depending on the season.
Yes. Every quote is free, in writing, and itemized — no verbal 'ballparks' that change later.
For storm and hail damage we provide the photo documentation and written scope your insurer needs. We work with all major Canadian carriers.
Manufacturer warranty on materials (typically 25–50 years for roofing, lifetime for premium siding) plus a written workmanship warranty from us.

Our own carpenters, roofers, and finish crew — not day-labour. The same face you meet at the estimate is the one running your job.
Interior remodeling, yes — year-round. Roofing and exterior work: from spring through late fall, weather permitting. We'll never rush a roof onto a house in bad conditions.
