Kitchen Remodeling
Kitchen Remodeling

The most-used room, done properly.

Custom kitchens from cabinet design to final trim — one team, one timeline.

Overview

Built for the way we live up here.

A kitchen renovation is the single highest-return investment in most Ontario homes — and the one where cutting corners shows the fastest. We treat it as a design project and a build project simultaneously.

You'll spend more waking hours in the new kitchen than in any other renovation you'll ever do. Getting the layout, storage, and lighting right matters more than the countertop material.

  • Layout redesign and 3D renderings
  • Custom cabinetry through vetted local shops
  • Granite, quartz, and butcher-block counters
  • Complete electrical and plumbing rework
  • Under-cabinet, task, and pendant lighting plans
  • Appliance coordination with your chosen supplier
Process

How the job actually runs.

01

Request

Call or fill the free-estimate form. We ask a few questions to make sure we're the right fit before we drive out.

02

Inspect

We walk the property with you, measure, photograph, and talk through options honestly — including options that don't need us.

03

Quote

You get a written, itemized quote with materials, labour, timeline, and payment schedule. No verbal ballparks.

04

Build

Our own crew executes on the days we promised. Clean site every night. You get progress updates, not radio silence.

Pricing

What actually moves the price.

We don't post prices online because every property is different — and honest quotes come from seeing the work. Here's what changes the number.

01Property size and access — a two-storey lakefront is not the same as a bungalow off the highway.
02Material grade — architectural shingles, standing-seam metal, cedar, engineered composites all sit at different price points.
03Existing condition — hidden rot, poor previous work, or code upgrades add scope.
04Season and timeline — winter and rush jobs cost more than something scheduled six weeks out.
Questions

Answered before you ask.

Cosmetic refresh (paint, hardware, counters): $12k–$25k. Mid-range full renovation: $35k–$60k. High-end custom: $75k+. Layout changes and appliance grade drive most of the delta.

Design phase: 2–4 weeks. Build phase: 3–5 weeks on average once cabinetry arrives.

Usually not fully — but we set up a temporary kitchenette in another room so you're not eating takeout for a month.

Both have their place. Painted for modern, stained for warm. We'll bring samples.

Quartz for consistency and low maintenance; granite for unique natural pattern. Both perform well long-term.

Yes — coordinated with your supplier. We do the rough-in, they deliver, we set.
