Renovations, done once, done right.
Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and additions — one crew, one contract, one point of contact.
Built for the way we live up here.
Remodeling is where general contracting earns its name. Coordinating framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile, cabinetry, and finish carpentry inside a house you're still living in is a project management job as much as a building job.
The horror stories you hear about renovations almost always trace back to the same thing: multiple sub-contractors with nobody in charge. We run every trade under one contract with one point of contact and one crew you actually meet.
- Kitchen, bathroom, and basement renovations
- In-house carpentry, framing, and finish trades
- Coordinated plumbing and electrical
- Custom cabinetry through vetted local shops
- Written schedule, weekly progress reports
- Fixed-price contracts with no verbal ballparks

Inspect
We walk the property with you, measure, photograph, and talk through options honestly — including options that don't need us.
Quote
You get a written, itemized quote with materials, labour, timeline, and payment schedule. No verbal ballparks.
Build
Our own crew executes on the days we promised. Clean site every night. You get progress updates, not radio silence.
What actually moves the price.
We don't post prices online because every property is different — and honest quotes come from seeing the work. Here's what changes the number.
Answered before you ask.

Yes if you have a second bathroom. If not, we work fast — most single-bath demos to done in 12–15 days.
For kitchen and bathroom projects, yes. Cabinet layout and elevation renderings are part of the design phase.
In writing, priced, and signed before any change is executed. No surprises on the final invoice.
