General Contracting
General Contracting

One team. Every trade.

Full-service general contracting for renovations, additions, and new construction across the Near North.

Overview

Built for the way we live up here.

General contracting is really project management. We handle every trade — framing, plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile, roofing, siding, cabinetry, and finish carpentry — under one contract, on one schedule.

Coordinating a dozen sub-trades yourself is a full-time job with a steep learning curve. Missed handoffs, mis-ordered materials, and unclear responsibility cost time and money. A single GC contract eliminates that problem.

  • Additions and second-storey builds
  • Structural modifications and load-bearing changes
  • Full-house renovations
  • New custom construction (small-scale)
  • Trade coordination and scheduling
  • Permit application and inspection management
Process

How the job actually runs.

01

Request

Call or fill the free-estimate form. We ask a few questions to make sure we're the right fit before we drive out.

02

Inspect

We walk the property with you, measure, photograph, and talk through options honestly — including options that don't need us.

03

Quote

You get a written, itemized quote with materials, labour, timeline, and payment schedule. No verbal ballparks.

04

Build

Our own crew executes on the days we promised. Clean site every night. You get progress updates, not radio silence.

Pricing

What actually moves the price.

We don't post prices online because every property is different — and honest quotes come from seeing the work. Here's what changes the number.

01Property size and access — a two-storey lakefront is not the same as a bungalow off the highway.
02Material grade — architectural shingles, standing-seam metal, cedar, engineered composites all sit at different price points.
03Existing condition — hidden rot, poor previous work, or code upgrades add scope.
04Season and timeline — winter and rush jobs cost more than something scheduled six weeks out.
Questions

Answered before you ask.
