The vast majority of our work is residential roofing — bungalows in North Bay, cottages on Lake Nipissing, and everything from mid-century split-levels to new custom builds in East Ferris.
Residential roofs fail quietly. A missing shingle in October becomes an ice dam in February and a ceiling repair in April. Regular inspection and early replacement is dramatically cheaper than reactive fixes.

We don't post prices online because every property is different — and honest quotes come from seeing the work. Here's what changes the number.
Answered before you ask.
If your roof is over 20 years old, has multiple leaks, granule loss in gutters, curled shingles, or a sagging ridge, we'll give you an honest assessment during a free inspection.
Only what needs it. We check every sheet during tear-off and replace any that are rotted, delaminated, or spongy — quoted transparently at cost + labour.
One day of intense noise. Two days for larger homes. We tarp landscaping, protect windows, and clean nails daily so you can live normally around it.
Manufacturer warranty on shingles (25–50 years) plus a written 10-year workmanship warranty from us. In writing, at signing.
Sometimes — depends on the shingle line and how much sun-fade has occurred. We'll be honest about when a full replacement is the smarter money.
